Delivery
Choose the delivery option that best suits you, from standard 3 - 5 days or next day, there is a cut off time of 5.00pm Monday to Friday - !2.00pm Saturday.
All products are shipped via Royal Mail.
Returns and cancellation
a. The Buyer shall have the right to cancel any Order for Goods only if the Seller has failed to deliver the Goods ordered within 28 days after the date of the Order
b. Notice of the wish to cancel must be made by email to: hello@typespaces.co.uk
c. in the case of Faulty Goods the Buyer should inform the Seller at the earliest opportunity after the Buyer has discovered the fault or defect (provided that the Buyer shall be deemed to have inspected the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 3 days from delivered date).
d. In in the case of Damaged Goods the Buyer should inform the Seller at the earliest opportunity after the Buyer has discovered the fault or defect (provided that the Buyer shall be deemed to have inspected the Goods as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and in no case longer than 3 days from delivered date). If the Goods are delivered by a courier, the Seller should note when signing for the Goods that they are damaged.
e. If the Buyer reports faulty or damaged Goods in accordance with 7.c. and 7.d. above the Seller will require the Buyer to return the Goods or, at the Sellers discretion, may require the Buyer to send photographic evidence of the issue and will, following receipt and at its sole discretion the Seller may reprint all or part of the order free of charge.
f. In the case of Buyer Remorse and for the avoidance of doubt, save in respect of faulty or defective goods, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall give to the Buyer rights of cancellation in regard to the Goods which, by their nature have been made to the Buyer's specifications.
g. In the case of cancellation under Condition 7(a) above, the Seller shall be responsible for all sums paid (including initial and re-delivery charges, if any) in respect of the Goods in question.
h. All items of Goods which are returned by the Buyer to the Seller must be returned in their original packaging (which the Buyer should retain for the purpose) and must be in an unused condition.
Secure payment
a. All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added based on the final value of your order in the check-out process plus the delivery cost. The Buyer shall be responsible for any other taxes applicable in the territory to which the Goods are sent.
b. Payment must be made by credit card or debit card or by PayPal at the time of placing an Order which is accepted by the Seller. Payment in full will be taken at this time and the Contract will be in force.
c. The Buyer undertakes that all details provided to the Seller for the purpose of the Order and its delivery will be correct and that the chosen method of payment is the property of the Seller and that sufficient funds or credit facilities are available to cover the full cost of the Goods ordered. The Seller reserves the right to obtain validation of the Seller's credit card, debit card or PayPal details before accepting the Buyer's Order.

Can I order a print without a frame?
Yes. All designs are available as either a print-only option or with a handmade frame.
What frame options do you offer?
Our bespoke frames are handmade in the UK from beech wood and are available in black or white. Each frame comes ready to hang and includes a clear acrylic protective screen. Quality
What paper do you use?
We print on premium Hahnemühle Digital Photo Rag FineArt paper (500gsm), renowned for its exceptional quality, vibrant colours and archival durability. Quality
Will the colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
Colours may vary slightly because screens display colours in RGB which is different from professional print processes. We take great care to ensure the final print closely matches the intended design. Quality
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes. We use digital printing, which produces less waste than traditional printing methods, and premium Hahnemühle paper that is vegan and produced to high environmental standards. Environment

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of delivery. We may ask for photographs of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or reprint where appropriat. Customer Care
